Vintage Cheater Pinwheel with Cerulean Frame

Make: Hand Quilted & Machine Pieced

Stiches per inch (SPI): 10

Details: This is what we would call a lightweight quilt. There is no batting shift or lumps in the quilt. This quilt’s center is made from printed “cheater” quilt fabric, but the quilt was made by an expert quilter — at 10 SPI, that is impressive handy work! The cerulean-blue border is wide, measuring 9”. The cheater fabric in the center is beautiful, bold colors! The back fabric is light blue gingham cotton and it is taken around to the front to create the binding. The binding is hand applied. We found no holes, tears, or seam separations. We found one faint stain in the blue framed border. See photos for reference! This quilt has been carefully washed and air dried. Please view all pictures before buying.
